» DC Motor Control Card

This project is involved with the design and implementation of a motor drive system capable of feedback control. The system allows the user to specify the number of turns and the speed of the motor by a computer interface. The feedback from the motor is taken by an encoder circuit externally connected to the main card.

The card consists of the following modules :

· Freescale MC68HC908MR32 microcontroller,

· Programmer,

· Serial Interface Module (SIM),

· RS232,

· RS485,

· Encoder,

· Motor driver,

· Power supply.
